These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PING (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
PING monitors third-party marketplaces for listings matching the searches you create and notifies you when it finds them. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every matching listing will be found or that notifications will always be timely or delivered.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorised means, resell it without permission, or use it to violate the terms of any third-party marketplace or any applicable law.
Third-party marketplaces & trademarks
PING is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Vinted, eBay, or any other marketplace or rights holder. All product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Your use of any third-party marketplace is governed by that marketplace’s own terms.
Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PING is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for missed listings, pricing errors, or transactions you enter into on third-party marketplaces.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
